About Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay
Card Overview:
Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay is equipped with token technology, which stores the card data and key in a secured cloud system. Cardholders can add cards to Taiwan Pay without replacing SIM cards.
Cardholders can download and register Taiwan Pay to add cards to use Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay, a virtual ATM card with a set of virtual code. Once the physical card becomes lost or terminated, Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay will also be registered as lost or invalid.
Card Features:
Cardholders may make transfers, purchases, withdrawals, and fee/tax payments, etc., with Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay from Postal passbook savings account within the available balance. Cardholders can tap to pay (Android phone only) and scan to pay through Taiwan Pay at physical or online stores with Taiwan Pay display or QR Code.

Mostly POS contactless transaction limits is NT 3,000.
Daily and monthly limits include fee payments made via physical cards as well.
The maximum payment amount per day for fee payments, Smart Pay, designated/non-designated/interbank/non-interbank transfers via automated services is up to NT$1,000,000.
Loss of Card:
If your Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay is lost, stolen, diminished, robbed, defrauded or loss misappropriated by other applicants or if any concern about fraud exists, it is necessary to report card lost and block it immediately. Any payment resulting from fraudulent use before lost card report shall be deemed to be made by the cardholder. Once card lost reported, it comes into effect immediately. Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay lost report has no effect on the use of the physical card.

How to Apply:
Applicant Eligibility:
The applicant is required to have a passbook savings individual account equipped with an activated (instead of a lost, cancelled, or expired) Postal ATM/VISA Debit Card.
Application Procedures:
No further over-the-counter application is required, and no need to change the NFC SIM card at the telecommunication service provider.
Just download Taiwan Pay from Google Play or App Store and register. Then link your account to your mobile device, and it will be ready to use.

Cautions
Please contact our customer service center at 0800-700-365 (from mobiles, please call 04-2354-2030; call charges are applied) when the following happen:
Your Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay is blocked due to 5 failed verification attempts within 30 calendar days from the date when the Download Verification Code is received.
You wish to report card lost or terminate/suspend your card.
Please download your card to the application within 30 calendar days after receiving the Download Verification Code. In case of failure to download within the time limit, Postal ATM Card Cloud Pay will automatically be cancelled. Afterwards, re-download is required.
In case the mobile or mobile device is lost or stolen, it is necessary to report card lost immediately.
Always be cautious while making payments to avoid mistaken transactions and contactless payment fraud.
