Fill in your information (ID number or ARC number, passbook account number and date of birth), CAPTCHA, read the service contract and related regulations, check "agree" and click "Next Step".

Confirm that your email address and mobile phone number are correct, and select one of the verification methods, click on "Verify via Email" or "Verify via SMS". (If needed, you can update your email address and mobile phone number through WebATM, or bring the relevant documents to our branch office to update in person.)

Email verification code:
Enter the 6-digit verification code received by email and click "Next Step".

SMS OTP verification code:
Enter the 6-digit verification code received by SMS and click "Next Step".

Setup username and password to login Post APP for the first time. The password cannot be the same as username. You can simultaneously apply for a device authentication password (this password is for one-time use and will become invalid after device binding). Click "Next Step" after setup.

Obtain activation code and activate the service with your postal debit card at our ATM or WebATM by clicking "Activation Services" within 24 hours. (Activation code is sent through email and SMS, re-application is required in case of timeout.)
