Fund Electronic Transaction Agreement (for post office only) 3. Transfer Payment Application/Termination Form of Fund Electronic Transaction (for post office only)
Upgrading to electronic transaction account holder for existing investors: 1. Fund Electronic Transaction Agreement (for post office only) 2. Transfer Payment Application/Termination Form of Fund Electronic Transaction (for post office only)
Electronic transaction account holder changes the designated debit account to a postal passbook account: 1. Application form of Beneficiary Information Change 2. Transfer Payment Application/Termination Form of Fund Electronic Transaction (for post office only)
The staff keys in the data then delivers photocopies of relevant documents to applicant.
The SITE will send the website log-in and transaction passwords to the applicant by e-mail within 7 business days after receiving the application; please log-in and change your passwords immediately after receiving the passwords. (Note: The actual working time will depend on the circumstances of the case.)
