For card replacement or card renewal, Smart Pay feature remain the same setting of the old cad.
To activate or terminate Smart Pay feature, please select one of the following methods:
In-Branch Application: Please take your national identification card and ATM card (or passbook).
Automated Service Application: Please go to a physical ATM, or log into iPost/APP/WebATM. Alternatively, call our Customer Service hotline: 0800-700-365; from mobiles, please call (04)2354-2030 and call charges are applied.
