Travelers can use the telephone or Internet to pre-purchase tickets from the Taiwan Railways, and then collect the tickets at a nearby post office.

After booking the ticket, the payment must be completed at 24:00 on the next day.

If the booking is made within 1 day from the date of departure, the payment must be completed at 24:00 on the day before the day of the trip (the booking date).

If you book your ticket on the day of your trip, you must complete the payment within 20 minutes before departure.

If you complete the payment, the ticket must be collected before the departure.

A handling fee of NT$8 will be charged for each ticket.
