After the post office staff put the mail into the iBox, the system will automatically send a text message to inform you to pick up your mail. The text contains a pick-up code and the iBox address (which is linked to the e-map). Within 3 days upon receipt of the text, you may click on "pick-up" at the front desk of the iBox, enter your mobile phone number and pick-up code to collect your mail.
