Please first confirm whether an old pick-up code is entered by mistake. If it still shows that the mail has been collected, please deal with it in the following way :
1. Please inform the post office staff to assist with the matter during business hours.
2. Please call the 24-hour customer service hotline 0800-700-365 (please dial 04-23542030 via mobile phone) during non-business hours or at iBox e-lockers outside the post office locations, and the company will dispatch someone to serve you.
What should I do if the mail is damaged when I collect it?
1. Please inform the post office staff to assist with the matter during business hours.

Please first record the damaged mail with the security cameras (upper left and right) during non-business hours or at iBox e-lockers outside the post office locations, and call within 24 hours the company's customer service hotline 0800-700-365 (please dial 04-23542030 via mobile phone), and the company will dispatch someone to serve you.
If wrong mail is found in my compartment. What should I do?
Please do not leave the mail in the compartment as iBox pick-up service is deemed to have been completed after the recipient enters a pick-up password and opens the box. Please make sure that the phone number on the mail is correct. If correct, please contact the sender. If different, please act in the following way:
1. Please give this mail to the post office during its business hours. The company will find out the cause of the error.
2. Please report the problem during non-business hours and take the mail back. The company will send someone to retrieve the mail and find out the cause of the error.
This email is addressed to me, but the items in it are not mine. What should I do?
Please do not leave the mail in the compartment as iBox pick-up service is deemed to have been completed after the recipient enters a pick-up code and opens the box. It is advised to contact the sender for return of mail.
I'm waiting for my mail, but I haven't received a SMS. What should I do?
Please confirm the mail number with the sender and call our customer service hotline 0800-700-365 (please dial 04-23542030 via mobile phone) for our customer service staff to check the mail status. If there is any mail, the customer service staff will re-send a SMS with a pick-up code. If not, please confirm with the sender whether the mail has been posted.
