Domestic fax mail is defined as mail that is delivered to the recipient with text, symbols or diagrams by the sender using fax equipment and a telecommunication network.
The post office will provide the paper for faxing the mail, but the sender can also bring his/her own. The fax message should be on A4 size paper, written clearly with a black or blue pen, and then handed to the post office's relevant counter operator for transmission.
For posting domestic fax mail, the prompt delivery time is limited to the area of delivery.
If the transmission is unsuccessful 4 times or if the transmission is still unavailable for 2 hours, we will notify the sender by phone and ask for the handling method or refund.
