In accordance with Article 1 of the Postal Act, our Company is obligated to provide universal postal services and conducts mail delivery business. To fulfill our obligations, deliver mail entrusted by customers, and provide various postal services, our Company collects, processes, or uses personal data such as your name, address, telephone number, and ID card number. We follow the guiding principles of our management policy and maintenance plan of personal data protection because we respect your rights and interests. We act in a sincere and trustworthy manner, so that you can provide your personal data to us with peace of mind.
Your personal data will be processed or used only within the duration of the specified purpose or contract, for the period necessary for the execution of the business and for the period of retention required by the relevant law. In principle, your personal data will only be processed and used by our Company, the outsourcing organizations of the Company's business, organizations with which the Company has business dealings, authorities with investigative powers under the law, or financial supervisory authorities of the country, in a manner consistent with the law. However, for the purpose of providing you with international mail delivery and handling mail inquiries and indemnity, we will provide the recipients with the international transmission of personal data that is not restricted by the central authority of the destination, to be processed and used outside of our country.
