Chunghwa Post provides stamp collecting services that make it easy for customers to purchase philatelic products. These products include new stamp releases, postal cards, folders with or without crystal mounts, envelopes and letter sheets with an impression of postage stamp, as well as pre-cancelled first day covers, and envelopes, postal cards, and maximum cards with commemorative postmarks.

New stamp issues—whether just a single stamp or an entire set—can be purchased at any post office branches in Taiwan.

Every large post office branch has its own postal giro account for customers to buy mail order stamps. The post office charges a NT$20 fee for each transaction.

At any post office branch, one can take out a subscription for all new releases. The post office will then send the new issues of stamps to you as they are released. The required deposit is NT$200 per set of stamps (NT$400 if you want two, etc.). You should clearly write your name, address, and zip code, as well as specify the kinds and quantity of the stamps you want. Furthermore, you can also apply to set up future automatic debit payments.
