Content limits: Prohibited items listed in Article 37 of the Regulations Governing the Handling of Mail.

Calculations of additional charges for parcels exceeding the listed dimensions/weight: (Contents must be unable to be seperated)

(1) Parcels sent at a retail counter:

A parcel weighing less than 20 kg but with total dimensions (length + width + height) of more than 150 cm, in addition to the actual weight, an additional charge of NTD 10 will be made for every 10 cm over the dimensions (or fraction thereof). For example, if the weight of the parcel is 11 kg but the total dimensions (length + width + height) are 175 cm, if the parcel is posted for delivery in the same county/city in Taiwan, the postage charge is NTD 140 (NTD 110 according to the actual weight + NTD 30 for the excess dimensions).

A parcel weighing more than 20 kg but with total dimensions (length + width + height) of less than 150 cm, in addition to the actual weight, an additional charge of NTD 10 will be added for each additional kg of weight (or fraction thereof). For example, if the total dimensions (length + width + height) are 113 cm but the weight is 23.5kg if the parcel is posted for delivery between different counties and cities in Taiwan, the postage charge is NTD 185 (NTD 145 for the 20kg + NT$40 for the excess weight).

A parcel weighing more than 20 kg and the total dimensions (length + width + height) are more than 150 cm, in addition to the weight of 20kg, additional charges of NTD 10 for each additional kg of weight and NTD 10 for every 10 cm of excess dimensions (or fraction thereof) will be made respectively. For example, if the weight of the parcel is 23.5 kg and measuring 175 cm in dimensions (length + width + height) is sent from different cities/counties on the island of Taiwan, the postage charge is NTD 215 (NTD145 for 20 kg + NTD 40 for excess weight + NTD 30 for excess dimensions).

(2) Parcels picked up at the customers’ residences upon request: The postage calculation is as in (1).
("Pickup Service" will only be provided if the service provider is a contracted major customer of the Company and service has been approved by the Company.)

Postal EZ Box (Bag) service : Flat rate for delivery across the country, regardless of regions and outlying islands.

Postal EZ Bag 1 (A4 size): NTD 65/mailpiece

Postal EZ Bag 2 : NTD 70/mailpiece

Postal EZ Box (total: 5 sizes): rectangular (box1), square (box2) and tubular (box4): NTD 80/mailpiece ; 90cm (box3): NTD 110/mailpiece; small (box5): NTD 65/mailpiece.

The above-stated prices for the Postal EZ Box (Bag) are short-term promotional prices; any change in price listing will be announced separately.

When a letter is packed in a Postal EZ Box (Bag), it should be billed as a "letter" or "mixed mail delivery".

The Postal EZ Box can be reused, and you can enjoy a discount on postage of NTD 3-12. (For those who are eligible for the discounted postage, the original prepaid postage of the Postal EZ Box should be charged at the time of posting. For international shipping, it will be handled according to the regulations.) For more information, please refer to the Postal EZ Box(Bag) dedicated website.

Receipt and Delivery incentives (not available for Postal EZ Box/Bag) :

Posting 2 parcels or more for delivery to the same address and the same recipient, the postage fees will be reduced by NTD10 per parcel. (The postage should be paid in cash only.)

NTD10 off for poste restante.

Only one of the above incentives may be applied.

“Special Postage” and “Other rates and fees” for domestic parcels will be charged according to the original rate card.
