What is the postage for an ordinary letter from Tainan to Taipei?

What are the discount postage prices for bulk mail ordinary letters, postcards, printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area?
Currently, the discount for bulk mail ordinary letters, postcards, printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area is 1%-14% for letters, postcards and letter sheets (depending on area) for over 1,000 pieces of similar items in a single delivery (for details of discount rates, please check “Table of discount rates for bulk mail ordinary letters, postcards, printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area”), and 4%-21% for newspapers and magazines (for details of discount rates, please check “Table of discount rates for bulk mail ordinary letters, postcards, printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area”). Additional discount may be 1% to 15.5% and 1% to 18.5%, respectively, if some special discount conditions are met.
How can I enjoy discounts for bulk mail ordinary letters, postcards, printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area?
The basic requirements of such discounts include:
1. Must be sent in specific or designated post offices (contact your local post office for a name list).
2. The number of ordinary mail in the same type will exceed 1,000 for a single delivery (different total number has different discount, please check “Table of discount rates for bulk mail ordinary letters, postcards, printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area”).
3. Please self-print “postage paid” stamp on the cover of each mail. Seal each mail well and the recipient's three-digit zip code must be written or printed.
4. The font size of recipient name, sender's name, address should not exceed 4 mm.
5. Bundle the bulk mails, with fixed number in each bundle, according to the recipient's 3-digit zip codes.
(1) The definition of “fixed number” is the number based on the decimal system, such as 10, 20, etc. for each bundle categorized by size, weight, or zip code. The bundle should be firmly tied in order not to fall apart.
(2) Each bundle should have a top label (not needed for those senders who have been confirmed by the post office to have had no faulty bundling record in the past 6 months).
6. For those senders enjoying discounts on bulk printed newspapers, magazines bundled according to area, there is an additional 5% discount if they are locally sent and never sent by private couriers.
