Mail sender can inquire about registered mail that hasn't been received on time.
The deadline for domestic registered mail inquiry is 6 months after the sending date.
1. The inquiry should be made with a photo of the original cover of the mail in question.
2. If there is a receipt, you should present it for verification by the original sending post office.
What is the cost of mail inquiry?
Basic inquiry is free. Inquiry results sent by fax is NT$ 10 per mail (express mail excluded). International mail is basically free, but inquiry by telecom methods (such as fax, teletype, etc.) or express mail, you will be charged with their respective service charges.

The sender should prepare the photo of the cover of original mail and the original receipt (for registered mail) to process in the original sending post office. The following information is required: type of mail, sending date, sender name, sender address, recipient name, recipient address, and mail's serial number by post office (if any).
