FAQ

How do I inquire about an international airmail letter from Japan to Taiwan that hasn't arrived after half a month?

You can check with Cargo & Freight Company, import unit.
TEL: 02-23517283 ext. 804-807; fax: 02-23560978.

What should I do if the international registered mail or parcel I received is missing some content or damaged when received?

If you receive flawed international registered mail, you should keep the appearance of the mail as it is and contact your neighborhood post office for examination. According to the Universal Postal Convention, the sender is entitled to compensation if the registered letter or parcel is lost, partly or entirely stolen or damaged. If the sender formally gives up such right to the recipient in writing, the compensation goes to the recipient.
