Which mobiles or devices can I use HCE VISA Card with?
Mobiles or devices with Android 6.0/iOS 11.0 or higher are required. We
recommend using devices approved by international organizations for best performance and security.

What should I do if I cannot receive the registration verification code while registering Taiwan Pay?
The registration verification code is sent to your mobile number registered in the application. Please check your blocklist setting. If your mobile number is not the same as the one registered in Chunghwa Post, please update it as soon as possible for purchase notifications.
I have replaced a new mobile or device. How do I re-activate HCE VISA Card ?
If you replace or reset your device, please re-register Taiwan Pay or contact our customer service at 0800-700-365; from mobilea:04-2354-2030 and call charges are applied. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest post office.
After Taiwan Pay is removed and reinstalled, do I need to re-register or download the card?
You can log into the app with your password and add, delete, or terminate the card. In case you forget your password or make five wrong login attempts, please select Register to login and set up password again. The original HCE VISA Card will be terminated automatically and you need to add your card again.
If my mobile number is changed, do I need to re-apply for a card?
If your mobile is the same, there is no need to re-apply for a card. However, if your mobile number is not the same as the one registered in Chunghwa Post, please update it as soon as possible for purchase notifications.
What happens to my HCE VISA Card if my mobile is lost?
Please contact our customer service center at 0800-700-365; from mobile, please call: 04-2354-2030 and call charges are applied. Alternatively, you can take your national identification card to a post office to report HCE VISA Card lost for card security.
After card replacement, do I need to add HCE VISA Card to Taiwan Pay again?
When your previous physical card becomes invalid due to card replacement, the HCE VISA Card will be terminated automatically at the same time. If you wish to re-use it, please log in Taiwan Pay and select Add Card again.
