Can I return a railway ticket purchased in advance for a refund at a post office?
(1) Not sold by post office: Since the post office's computer system will not have any ticket purchase information, please obtain a refund from the ticket seller or a railway station.
(2) Sold by post office: Bring your originally-purchased ticket to any post office for a refund up to 30 minutes before the train's departure.
Can I pick up the tickets at a post office when I use a telephone voice (or online) system to purchase train tickets from the Taiwan Railways Administration?
You can pick up the tickets at any post office. Just bring the ID document you used to order the ticket, the ticket order code, and payment to obtain your tickets. A handling fee of NT$8 will be charged for each ticket.
